I believe that we are all the product of our individual experiences. Therapy should be an interactive conversation between therapist and client that works to uncover hidden beliefs, feelings and assumptions created by these experiences that prevent one from leading a healthy and fulfilling life. Through the therapeutic process, it is the goal that the client will attain insight into these beliefs and develop a greater self-awareness. This will allow him or her to live a more purposeful, self-respecting, and productive life.
I provide a non-judgmental and supportive environment that promotes healing and allows for the realization of ones full potential. I enjoy the experience of working with couples, as well as individuals. I also have a special interest working with teens and young adults, helping them become more self aware and enabling them to live their life to its fullest potential.
In my practice, I offer personal, family, and relationship psychotherapy, as well as, group therapy, and professional development for MFT interns.
